Return and Refund Policy

You can return your order within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date your order is delivered to you, provided that you comply with the following conditions. During return procedures, the original box/packaging of the purchased product must be kept and sent in a way that will not be damaged. Products with damaged original packaging, without a box and internal accessories, or that have lost their resalability cannot be returned. For you to exercise your right of withdrawal, the products you want to return must not have lost their sales value. If there is any damage, scratch, tear, stain, use of tape-label, or missing content in the box of the product you want to return, the product return will not be accepted. If there is a gift or promotional product with the product you want to return, you must return all of them. Returns of orders placed on behalf of institutions cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued. If all copies of the invoice are not sent, all VAT and legal obligations belong to the customer, and this amount is not refunded. You must deliver all copies of the sales invoice for the product you want to return to us. You can send your product, along with your invoice, free of charge via MNG (DHL) Cargo using our customer number “3448217408”. After your return cargo reaches us, its compliance with the return conditions will be checked and approved by the relevant unit within 3 (three) business days. For returns of purchases made with a debit (bank) or credit card, the refund may vary depending on your bank. Your refund will be returned to your bank. Our return conditions may change within the scope of Law No. 4077 "Law on the Protection of Consumers and Implementation Methods" and due to our company's practices.
