Membership

You can also shop as a guest without being a member. However, we recommend creating a membership and shopping with it so that you can track your shipments through the system and we can contact you when necessary regarding your order, and so that order status updates can be sent to you.

Click on the "My Account" icon located at the top right corner of our homepage. In the window that appears, you can click on the "forgot password" button below the login form and follow the steps. If you do not receive your password in your email, please remember to check your "spam/junk" folder. If you experience any problems with the email, you can reach us here.

Order and Payment

You can make fast and easy payments with the credit card of your choice. All payments are secured with a 256-bit SSL security certificate.

We are currently unable to accept cash on delivery orders.

You can use your coupon by entering it into the "Coupon code" field on your cart page or during the checkout process.

For our sales within Turkey, VAT is included. For international orders, customs duties and VAT are paid by the buyer in the country of arrival.

You can request changes by contacting our customer service within the first 2 hours after placing your order.

Shipping and Delivery

Your order will be delivered to Yurtiçi Cargo within 1-3 business days and usually reaches your address within 3-5 business days.

Shipments with Yurtiçi Kargo are delivered within 7-14 business days. Customs procedures and country location may extend the process.

Shipping is free for all orders within Turkey. For international orders, shipping costs vary by country and are displayed on the checkout page.

Products

Each product has different care instructions. You can easily access all information from the product label and the description section on the website. If you need support, you can get assistance from our dedicated customer service at info@uniqlooms.com.

All our products are made from 100% natural materials, and most are GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certified.

Due to natural dyes and hand craftsmanship, there may be slight differences in tone or size between products. This reflects the unique character of each item.

Returns and Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days of product delivery.

You can return your order within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date it was delivered to you, provided that you comply with the following conditions:

  • For returns, the original box/packaging of the purchased product must be kept undamaged and sent back.
  • Products with damaged original packaging, missing box and internal accessories, or that have lost their re-saleability cannot be returned.
  • For you to exercise your right of withdrawal, the products you wish to return must not have lost their sales value.
  • Some items are not returnable, including gift cards, used items, and items without their original box.
  • If the product to be returned has any damage, scratch, tear, stain, tape-label use, or missing content in the box, the product return will not be accepted.
  • Products such as costumes/hats cannot be returned. If the original packaging of the product is not damaged, it can be exchanged for another size/measurement.
  • If there is a gift or promotional product included with the item you wish to return, you must return all of them.
  • Return transactions for orders invoiced to companies cannot be completed unless a return invoice is issued. If all copies of the invoice are not sent, all VAT and legal obligations belong to the customer, and this amount is not refunded.
  • You can send your product free of charge with your invoice via Yurtiçi Kargo using our customer number “1247909786”.
  • Your return cargo will be checked for compliance with return conditions by the relevant department within 3 (three) business days after it reaches us and then approved.
  • For returns of purchases made with debit or credit cards, the refund to your account may vary depending on your bank. Your refund will be returned to your bank.
  • Our return conditions may change within the scope of Law No. 4077 “On the Protection of Consumers and Implementation Methods” and due to our company’s practices.

Return shipments sent with Yurtiçi Kargo for returns within Turkey are free of charge. Shipping fees for carriers other than Yurtiçi Kargo are the customer's responsibility. For international returns, shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
